Local Appliance Repair uses internal analytics tools to understand marketing performance, manage leads, and connect advertising activity with service jobs.
Depending on the source and the customer’s interaction, we may process advertising and website analytics, lead and call metadata, contact information, service-request details, appointment information, and job or payment status.
Our internal analytics application may access Google account identity information needed for authentication and business data from Google services that Local Appliance Repair is authorized to access, including Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, and Google Analytics.
We use Google data only for internal reporting, attribution, lead management, and business operations. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or transfer it to third parties except service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to operate the application.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access to the internal analytics application is restricted to authorized Local Appliance Repair personnel. Credentials are stored in secured cloud secret-management systems rather than in public pages or reports. We retain business records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, legal obligations, and reporting.
